1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CapitalTrust Finance, Inc., NMLS #38783.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, a US resident with valid SSN/ITIN, not bankrupt, have verifiable income, and provide truthful information.
3. Application Process
All applications are placed under review. Only authorized administrators may approve or reject. Process: submission → under review → admin decision.
4. Rates & Fees
Rates are APR per TILA. Fees: origination 0–5%, appraisal $300–800, closing 2–5%, late 5%/$25 min after 15-day grace, NSF $35. No prepayment penalty on personal/auto loans.
5. Repayment
Fixed monthly payments, 15-day grace period. Default at 30+ days may trigger acceleration, credit reporting, collection, and legal action.
6. Data Privacy
256-bit AES, TLS 1.3, MFA, SOC 2 Type II. Data shared with bureaus, verifiers, servicers, regulators. Never sold without opt-in.
7. Liability & Disputes
Liability limited to fees paid in 12 months. Binding AAA arbitration, individual basis. Opt out within 30 days via written notice to 1200 Market St, Ste 400, Wilmington, DE 19801.
8. Governing Law
Delaware law. Actions in New Castle County courts. Amendments posted with 30-day notice.
