1. Agreement to Terms

3. Application Process
All applications are placed under review. Only authorized administrators may approve or reject.
4. Rates & Fees
Rates are APR per TILA. Fees: origination 0–5%, appraisal $300–800, closing 2–5%, late 5%/$25 min after 15-day grace, NSF $35.
5. Repayment
Fixed monthly payments, 15-day grace period. Default at 30+ days may trigger acceleration and credit reporting.
6. Data Privacy
256-bit AES, TLS 1.3, MFA, SOC 2 Type II. Data shared with bureaus, verifiers, servicers, regulators.
7. Liability & Disputes
Liability limited to fees paid in 12 months. Binding AAA arbitration, individual basis.
8. Governing Law
Delaware law. Actions in New Castle County courts.
